FOR PASSENGERS ARRIVING OR DEPARTING FROM FLORENCE BY AIR  
The ‘Amerigo Vespucci’ airport is connected with the city centre by the link Vespucci Airport-Stazione di Santa Maria Novella, administered jointly by ATAF, Sita and Volainbus.  
This is a really swift shuttle service (about 25 minutes) between the Arrivals side of the airport and the centre of Florence at the Sita bus station. No intermediate stops are made except in the immediate vicinity of the station, and it runs every 30 minutes practically all day long.  
Departures from Central Florence (Sita bus station opposite the Santa Maria Novella railway station Every half-hour from 5.30 to 23.00  
Departures from the A. Vespucci airport Every half-hour from 6.00 to 23.00

To utilize Volainbus a Volainbus ticket is required, cost € 4.50 and obtainable:
- on board from the driver without extra charge
- in the airport area at the bar and at the Giunti shop - at the Sita ticket office at Santa Maria Novella, Florence
- at the Sala Clienti ATAF and ATAF kiosk
- at the authorized sales points of ATAF&LI-NEA
